Where terms live during pilots
ClearToFill is currently onboarding pilot agencies directly. Each pilot runs under a written pilot agreement covering scope, data handling, export, deletion, and exit — agreed before any data is loaded. Public self-service terms will be published here when the product is generally available.
Commitments that already bind us
Regardless of paperwork: your data remains yours and is exportable at any time; we make no claims about your regulatory compliance — we provide mechanisms, the obligations remain yours; and figures the product shows are estimates derived from the data you provide, with their confidence stated.
